Dobry den rodinu (good day family)

So week one out of nine was pretty amazing. The first two days at the Mtc were pretty rough. But once I got to my first exercise time which was Friday night it has flown by.  My companion is Elder Fuqua and he is from Boise Idaho and yes he is very tall. My district has 10 elders and 2 sisters and they are all way fun and we are all going to Czech. I have become super close with Elder Schmutz(the one Brook knows) and Elder Jarvis who is has the dark hair in the pictures that I have sent. Those two dudes are super fun and super fun to hang out with. I love my Zone!!!!  The guys are so much fun my favorite part of the day is when we are all getting back from our day which is around 9 every night and we just hang out and talk. I have met so many fun people from so many different places. My Zone is all of the eastern Europe missions so everyone is learning different languages. the mission that are in my zone are Poland Adriatic sea North and south which cover like 5 countries like Croatia and stuff, Slovakia then HERE COME THE BULGARIANS!!!,  then us the Czechs. All in all their are probably about 40 elders and 25 sisters and they are all super fun we sit as a zone for meals so that is super fun too.

Czech is hard and it is super hard to pronounce the words and my tongue gets so freaking tired by the end of class haha. so Friday we had to give our first lesson in Czech and let me tell you that was rough. We would say what we wanted then our investigator would say something back and we were just like uhhhh what I didn't understand a word. We have given 3 lessons and each has been better than the last but the one.  Yesterday was super good. the previous lesson, Aya our investigator gave us a question at the end of the lesson and so we had homework for our next study sessions. Her questions was where in the book of Mormon does God show His love for his children. So I found about 5 or 6 scriptures that we read with her and went through with her and then at the end I asked if that helped her question and she had said yes and had committed to pray about the things that we have taught her and the Kniha Mormomnova (BoM) It was amazing!! because I don't understand a word she says I have to rely on the spirit heavily and I testify that the true teacher is the spirit and not the missionaries we just help plant the seed and the Holy ghost truly converts them to the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The old Czech elders, the ones that got reassigned to Ogden because of their visas got their visas and left yesterday morning. Right when they got to the travel office about to leave they got the call so they came back to our floor so happy and i was super happy for them too, so I'm not really worried about my visa they turned theirs in a couple weeks before me so i think that I will be fine on the visa part. Oh also I am in the new Mtc buildings and they are so freaking nice. you guys have to come take a tour i cant describe them. Tours opened up the last couple days and the joke going around is that we are like a zoo and we are the animals because the people are like taking pictures of us while we eat and stuff it is really funny. Oh and I also love our Czech teachers, bratr nelson and bratr Knapp they are so cool and the both served in the Czech so they will answer our questions about the Czech when we take breaks and stuff. I cannot wait to go, I don't know if i can last 9 weeks in here.
